Ummm......yeah.....it's been a while.
I know....you are all so happy to see that I am still somewhat alive and rather well. No, seriously. I've been really busy lately and just had no time to get around to blogging. So, a short catch up for now and more will follow as I can.
First, Nele was here for a good long visit. It was AWESOME! We spent a lot of time together which was good. While she was here we went to the Creation Museum in NKy with Joseph. It was fun and interesting. Not really Joe's idea of a great time, but Nele and I enjoyed it very much.
Home school is going VERY well. I just love teaching Joe and having this opportunity to spend so much time with him. He is a fun little fella and has progressed so much in the few months we have been doing this. He is also going to Frankfort Rehab for Speech and OT services...we LOVE it there. I have already seen a big difference.
I'm currently a little distracted due to the hard rock song that is playing in the background on the Wii Guitar Hero (Tim's new pet). I won't say I love it, but I don't hate it either. :-)
One final thing...Kelly Briscoe (the SPECTACULAR keyboard player from the JMB) and his wife Erricia had their baby girl, Haylee, last night. She was born November 14th at 8:50pm. You can see pics of her and read about her and their journey to parenthood on Kelly's blog. Let's all say a special prayer tonight for a great couple and their new joy. Congrats guys!!!
